So here is a list of my injuries since being in Africa:
- skinned knee from a rough game of monkey in the middle in a pool (left a great scar)
- blistered feet from walking barefoot 30minutes to Kalk bay
- a bruised knee from rugby
- a burn on my side from a cup of hot tea that was shaped like my initials
- a bloody foot from stepping on a piece of broken glass in the shop at Joseph Project
- a bruised elbow from slipping on water
- a scraped knee from slipping during foursquare and doing the splits………
all this to ask if you could be praying for protection against injuries during outreach. I already have quite a track record going and as much as I like scars, I would rather not have any injuries while in Kenya. Thanks guys!!!!!
daaaang girl! You really do outreach 150% don’t you? I will pray for your protection and safety whilst you are gone from our midst……which by the way, is not as cheery since you have gone. I know the kids (and us leaders) are going to be SO happy to have you back

Hey there girl I miss you very much and I have to say that you are alway in my prayers and can’t wait for you to come home. I found out about a month ago that Josh well be home by the time you get home which is a big blessing to my family as you are a blessing to yours. I hope that everything is going well for you and stuff. But I do have a prayer request for you. You know Micheal Tracy from Light of Christmas. Well I have to say that about two month ago I found him again and about a two weeks ago Micheal stopped talking to me and I have to say that Humm… If you were here I could tell you all that is on my mind on that one, but you are not here to do that. And on top of it all Lindsey is that I’ve been taking swing Dancing lesson with Micheal and some of his friend from his Church and stuff. But since Micheal told me that he does not want anything to do with me which is hard for me since I love going swing Dancing and I just found a new one to go to which is close to me in a way. And now I have to stop because if Micheal see me or talk to me again he call the athorays on me which is not Christian like and just wanted to pass that on to you so that you can pray for me and Micheal too. Oh and I’m praying that you will not get injured again while you are there.
